Start by calling us, messaging us, or submitting a request through the website. Walk ins are welcome when we are available, but appointments are recommended so we can give you private attention and make sure the right buyer is available.

When you come in, please bring a valid ID, driver license, or passport, along with any certificates, appraisals, receipts, boxes, papers, or other documents that may help with the evaluation.

During the appointment, we examine your item and explain the main factors that affect its value. When appropriate, we may also provide a basic cleaning for your jewelry.

Once the evaluation is complete, the offer is explained in clear language, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have so you feel comfortable with the process.
